### User Rights

* Governance participation: Users have the right to participate in the governance process and decision-making of the project.
* Rewards: Receive rewards in AZCoiner or other benefits when contributing to the project's development.
* Access privileges: Access special features and services of ChatZ and the AZCoiner ecosystem.

### User Responsibilities

* Active participation: Engage in voting and discussions to ensure continuous and sustainable project development.
* Contribution to building: Contribute ideas, and feedback, and support the development of new features.
* Rule compliance: Adhere to DAO rules and regulations to maintain a healthy and effective community environment.
