# VI.1 Roles and Reward Policies

There are four user roles in the AZCoiner web3 ecosystem: Pioneer, Ambassador, Node Operator, and Trainer.

### 1. Pioneer

Description: Each participant as a Pioneer will receive AZC at a predetermined rate of AZC per hour.

How to Earn Rewards

* Access the AZcoiner app and click the "connect" button every 24 hours.&#x20;
* There's no need to keep the app open continuously; the system will automatically connect and reward you with AZC within 24 hours.&#x20;
* AZC will be transferred to your wallet within the app.&#x20;
* You can also use the app to make transactions, such as paying AZC to other Pioneers.&#x20;
* The mining rate of AZC per hour may vary over time.

### 2. Ambassador

Description: Ambassadors actively promote and introduce the AZcoiner project to others.

How to Participate

* Engage in AZcoiner's marketing and promotion programs.&#x20;
* Share information about the AZcoiner project on social media and other online channels.&#x20;
* Invite new users to join the AZcoiner ecosystem.&#x20;

Rewards

* Ambassadors receive AZC rewards based on their performance.&#x20;
* Effective activities may include the number of new users introduced, community engagement, and the quality of content generated.

### 3. Node Operator&#x20;

Description: Node Operators contribute to the security and maintenance of the AZCoiner network by running AZCoiner node software on their computers.

How to Participate

* Download and install the AZCoiner node software on your computer.&#x20;
* Run the AZCoiner node software continuously to help verify transactions and secure the network.

&#x20;Rewards

* Node Operators receive AZC rewards based on the time and resources they contribute to the network.&#x20;
* Rewards may vary over time depending on network demand.

*The Node Operator role will be introduced in 2025*

### 4. Trainer

Trainers are individuals knowledgeable about Web3 and passionate about participating in the AZCoiner Web3 ecosystem. They play a leadership role in guiding the community and actively seek and mine NFTs.

How to Participate

* Community Leadership: Trainers guide and support their team members, helping them better understand Web3, the AZCoiner ecosystem, and effective participation methods.&#x20;
* NFT Exploration and Mining: Trainers have deep knowledge of NFTs, helping them identify and mine potential opportunities in the NFT market.&#x20;
* Sharing Knowledge and Experience: Trainers share their knowledge and experience with the community through articles, guides, workshops, and other educational activities.&#x20;

*Note*

* *The Trainer role will be formally implemented upon the mainnet launch.*
* *Users can participate in multiple roles within the ecosystem, including Pioneer, Ambassador, and Node Operator.*&#x20;
* *Each role has specific responsibilities and requirements, and all roles are rewarded with AZC daily if users actively participate and contribute.*&#x20;
